小泉源一（日语：小泉源一^{Koizumi Gen'ichi}，1883年11月1日—1953年12月21日^[1]^[2]），日本植物學家，專攻蔷薇属、梅亚科（Rosaceae）、枫属（Aceraceae）、桑树屬（mulberries），以及其他植物物種。他的名字，有時音譯為「Gen’ichi」、「Gen-Iti」^[4]或「Koizumi」。師從松村任三，1919年任職京都大学助理教授^[1]，1953年12月20日因腦血管破裂而意識不明，於次日過世^[2]。
