安德魯·巴塞維奇（Andrew J. Bacevich Jr.；/ˈbeɪsəvɪtʃ/；BAY-sə-vitch ；1947年7月5日—），是美国史家，致力研究国际关系、國家安全、美国外交政策以及美国外交军事史。巴塞維奇是波士顿大学弗里德里克帕蒂（Frederick S. Pardee）國際研究学院国际关系及历史學名誉教授。[3]巴塞維奇也是美国陆军装甲部队的退休军官，以上校軍銜退役。巴塞維奇曾任波士顿大学国际关系中心的主任（1998年至2005 年）。[3] 巴塞維奇是昆西國家事務研究所的共同創辦人。
巴塞維奇是美国占领伊拉克的批评者，称伊拉克占領是场灾难性的失败。[4] 2007年3月，巴塞維奇稱布希的“预防性战争”是“不道德、不被容許和不謹慎”。[4][5] 其子安德鲁·约翰·巴塞维奇 (Andrew John Bacevich) 也是名军官，2007年5月，在伊拉克战争中阵亡。[4]
