傑基·凱斯·惠特利（英語：Jackie Keith Whitley[1]，1954年7月1日[1][2]—1989年5月9日），藝名凱斯·惠特利（英語：Keith Whitley），是美國鄉村音樂歌手。在其職業生涯，凱斯共有19首單曲登上《告示牌》鄉村音樂榜單。
出生於美國肯塔基州愛許蘭，凱斯成長於附近的肯塔基州桑迪胡克。凱斯於1970年在當地開始他的事業，在Ralph Stanley的樂隊裡表演。凱斯於1983年搬往田納西州納許維爾並在當地開始了他的錄音歌手事業，成為了一名主打藍草音樂的樂隊主唱。他的首支「Top 20 Country Hit」單曲〈Miami, My Amy〉於1986年發行。在他爲專輯《L.A. to Miami》巡迴演出時，他與鄉村歌手Lorrie Morgan結婚。1988年，他的錄音室專輯《Don't Close Your Eyes》中的前三支單曲〈Don't Close Your Eyes〉、〈When You Say Nothing at All〉與〈I'm No Stranger to the Rain〉都曾是冠軍單曲。他於1989年34歲時去世。他之後的兩支單曲〈I Wonder Do You Think of Me〉與〈It Ain't Nothin'〉在他去世之後發行。凱斯持續影響著一代人的歌手與音樂創作人。
