English: This is an illustration to show what ignore all rules does NOT mean. The picture is of me in my vehicle at a 30 mph sign while my speedometer shows something like 140 mph. In reality, I was actually stopped and my speedometer is broken. This is an actual picture and is not photoshopped in any way.
Español: Esta es una ilustración para mostrar qué NO significa ignora las normas. La imagen es mía en mi vehículo en frente de un letrero de 30 mph mientras que mi velocímetro muestra algo como 140 mph. En realidad, estaba detenido y mi velocímetro está dañado.
