描述	Deutsch: Landkreise, Kreise und kreisfreie Städte in Deutschland. Stand seit dem 26. Oktober 2003 und bis 30. Juni 2007. Der Gebietsstand berücksichtigt kleinere Gebietsreformen in Brandenburg. Die Karte zeigt aber noch die Kreiseinteilung vor der großen Kreisreform in Sachsen-Anhalt. English: Rural and urban districts of Germany as from October 26th, 2003 to June 30th, 2007 (after some minor changes in Brandenburg but before reorganisation of counties in Saxony-Anhalt).
