羊耳蒜屬學名Liparis)是單子葉植物,屬蘭科,又稱羊耳蘭屬,本屬約有250個種,主要分布在熱帶、亞熱帶地區,部分分布在北溫帶。

属名Liparis源于希腊语liparos,意为“有油光的”,指本属植物叶子光亮。

特徵

地生植物或草本植物,通常具假鱗或多節的肉質莖。花梗有多數型態,頂生直立、外彎下垂,常略成扁圓柱形,總狀花序著生多數,花苞片小,花小至中等大。

2020年,该属中的睫唇兰组(Sect. Blepharoglossum)提升为睫唇兰属(Blepharoglossum)[16]
