MALAT-1 （英語：metastasis associated lung adenocarcinoma transcript 1 的缩写，也称为NEAT2 ，noncoding nuclear-enriched abundant transcript 2 ）是一个长链非编码RNA 基因 ，表达于细胞核 ，在哺乳动物 中高度保守[3] 選擇性剪接 、DNA的表觀遺傳 修飾等細胞中的多種反應，可控制參與腫瘤遠端轉移 的基因表現[4] 糖尿病 與癌症 等多種疾病有關[5] [6] [7] [8]
