吉列尔莫·阿莫尔·马丁内斯（華倫西亞語：Guillermo Amor Martínez，1967年12月4日—）是一位已退役足球運動員，球員時代司職中場。
阿莫尔球員時期大部份時間都效力巴塞罗那，效力巴塞10年間贏得不少獎項；他的最後一站是效力蘇格蘭球會利文斯顿。在西甲12個賽季期間，他共在聯賽上場375次打進48球。
阿莫尔在1990年代代表國家隊上場37次，參加過世界盃和欧洲足球锦标赛。
球員生涯

吉列尔莫·阿莫尔生於巴倫西亞自治區阿利坎特省贝尼多尔姆，是巴塞罗那的青訓產品，在1988/89球季首次代表約翰·告魯夫執教的巴塞一隊上場，並成為隊力最具影響力的球員之一。阿莫尔在巴塞期間曾連續四年稱霸西甲冠軍，贏得1991–92年歐洲冠軍盃（他並沒有在決賽對桑普多利亚賽事上場）。1993/94球季，阿莫尔在聯賽上場37次並打進個人最佳的單季8球紀錄，球隊最後贏得西甲冠軍，亦是四連冠的最後一年。1990年4月5日西班牙國王盃決賽對皇家馬德里，他的進球為賽事先開紀錄，最終以2-0在馬斯泰拿球場捧盃而回[1]。
1997/98球季贏得西甲冠軍後，阿莫尔認為新教練路易斯·范加尔不再需要他，於是便與隊友艾伯特·费雷尔一起離開效力巴塞隆拿[2]。阿莫尔效力巴塞隆拿期間在各項賽事共上場421次，排在哈維、米盖利和卡莱斯·雷克萨奇之後[3]。之後他出國加盟意甲球會佛罗伦萨，效力了兩年後回到西班牙與剛晉級回西甲的比利亚雷亚尔簽約。
2003年1月，他與蘇格蘭球會利文斯顿簽約加盟[4]，並在那裡退役。阿莫尔在1月28日3-1作客擊敗帕尔蒂克的比賽首次上場[5]。
國家隊
阿莫尔代表西班牙國家隊上場37次及打進4球。他首次為國披甲是1990年11月14日1992年欧洲足球锦标赛資格賽以2-3不敵捷克斯洛伐克。阿莫尔參加過1996年欧洲足球锦标赛和1998年世界盃足球賽，在1996年6月18日歐足賽對羅馬尼亞一役，他在84分鐘打進致勝球使西班牙以2-1取勝，得以晉級至8強對英格蘭[6]。
阿莫尔最後一次為國上場是1998年9月5日2000年歐洲足球錦標賽資格賽對塞浦路斯，塞浦路斯以3-2擊敗西班牙[7]。
教練生涯
退役後，阿莫尔回到巴塞隆拿成為青訓教練，2007年不獲續約後離開巴塞隆拿[8]，但2010年7月返回巴塞成為足球訓練技術總監。
2014年8月底，阿莫尔應舊同事、時任阿德萊德聯主教練荷西·甘巴爾邀請，到澳洲阿德萊德。他在當地視察了一個月後，與球會簽約一年成為技術總監[9]。
2015年7月24日，因於教練甘巴爾以家庭理由辭去主教練一職，阿莫尔因此被任命為新任阿德萊德聯主教練，在2015/16賽季執教[10]，這是他首次執教職業足球成年隊。阿莫尔出師不利，首8場聯賽均未能打開勝利之到，到第9輪對珀斯光輝的賽事才能以1-0小勝[11]。此後的18場聯賽只錄得1負的佳續，阿德萊德聯從積分榜末變成榜首，全賽季打破球會紀錄取得13場不失球成績，最終更贏得常季賽及總決賽雙冠軍[12]。
個人生活
2007年12月16日，阿莫爾從巴倫西亞回程期間發生嚴重車禍受傷[13]，留醫一週後便出院並在後來完全康復[14]。
