原硅酸氧镥 是一种无机化合物 ,化学式为Lu2 OSiO4 ,是单斜晶系 晶体,空间群 I 2/a [ 3] 或C 2/c [ 1] 。它可由氧化镥 和二氧化硅 在氯化铯 熔体中于高温反应得到。[ 4] 合成过程中添加二氧化铈 可以得到铈掺杂的Lu2 OSiO4 ,它可用作闪烁体 。[ 5]
