前进号之家（挪威語：Framheim）是挪威探险家罗尔德·阿蒙森在征服南极时，在罗斯冰架的鲸湾处设立的大本营。该营地由挪威木匠约尔根·斯图贝鲁德（英语：Jørgen Stubberud）制造，在1911年1月至1912年2月之间使用，[1]并在阿蒙森一行人离开后遭到废弃并深埋于雪中。随着罗斯冰架的冰层运动，该营地也落入南冰洋中。[2]
